B16C3 Description

 

The Body Control Module (BCM) receives the input from the headlamp switch requesting park lamp illumination. The BCM provides a Pulse Width Modulated (PWM) voltage output through the front right side marker control circuit. The control circuit connects to the Park Lamps. A ground path for the lamps is present through the harness to the body sheet metal. For additional information on the Park Lamps operation. When the Body Control Module (BCM) detects a high condition on the (L78) Right Front Side Marker Lamp Driver circuit and sets the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).
