C2127 – Transmitter ID Not Received In 2nd Mode

 

C2127 Possible Symptoms

 

Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) Warning Light ON,Engine Light ON (or Service Engine Soon Warning Light)

 

C2127 Possible Causes

 

ID Registration Failure,Faulty Tire Pressure Warning Valve and Transmitter,Faulty Tire Pressure Warning Antenna and Receiver,Tire Pressure Warning Antenna and Receiver harness is open or shorted,Tire Pressure Warning Antenna and Receiver circuit poor electrical connection,Faulty Tire Pressure Warning ECU

 

C2127 Description

 

After all IDs are registered, Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) C2126 or C2127 are set in the Tire Pressure Warning ECU and the tire pressure warning light blinks for 1 minute and then comes on. When the Tire Pressure Warning ECU successfully receives information from all the transmitters whose IDs are stored in the ECU, DTC C2126 or C2127 is deleted and the tire pressure warning light goes off.
