P1548 FORD Description

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) at various engine speeds during Wide Open Throttle (WOT) operation and compares the information to a calibrated value. The P1548 code sets if the air flow is out of range.
