The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler Bypass Valve. The PCM sets the OBDII code when the Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Cooler Bypass Valve is not to factory specifications.
