When the transmission not in Park/Neutral (P/N), Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) input at 5 mph or less, Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) slip speed over 1500 rpm, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects that the throttle angle was 79% or greater for 12 seconds in the test.
