With the engine speed under 250 rpm, system volts over 10v, Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor input 41??-212??, Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor input over 41??, VSS at 0 mph, Accelerator Pedal Position (APP) sensor input less than 15%, Minimum Closed Throttle position not learned, the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) detects the Throttle Position (TP) sensor 1 input was not between 0.24v-0.82v, and that the TP sensor 2 input was not between 4.2v-4.8v with the throttle valves commanded closed.
