P2506 HYUNDAI Description

 

When the ignition switch is turned “ON”, the battery voltage is applied from the battery to the Powertrain Control Module (PCM)/Engine Control Module (ECM) through the main relay. In case that the ignition switch is turned “OFF”, the ECM/PCM is supplied with power through the battery power input line to control the basic operation of the vehicle. The ECM/PCM set the OBDII code when the ECM/PCM Power Input is out of factory specifications.
