The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the Stop/Start Disable Switch 1 Circuit. The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets when the PCM receives a message over the CAN BUS from the Body Control Module (BCM) that the Stop/Start Disable Switch circuit voltage is less than 0.0049 volts.
