B23C3 JEEP Description

The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors the Stop/Start Disable Switch 2 Circuit. The Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) sets when the PCM receives a message over the CAN BUS from the Body Control Module (BCM) that the difference between the Stop/Start Disable Switch 1 and Switch 2 circuit voltages is greater than 1.0 volt for more than 0.08 seconds.
